Sarah Roper, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) and a Licensed Professional School Counselor, focuses on student's, educators and women’s issues.
Sarah’s therapy style is a partnership with her clients that is open, strength-based, integrative, mindful and solution-focused. Sarah focuses on working with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem difficulties, life changes, and social/familial/relational challenges. She believes that through empowering others to find their confidence, voice and discover their story they are able to rewrite their futures.
Sarah Roper has over 20 years experience helping individuals ages ranging from 4-65+. As a dually licensed counselor, Sarah has a unique perspective on educational issues and works together in unison with clients, families and schools to help her clients have the success they need in school.
She uses an integrative approach to meet the needs of individuals. Sarah also provides EMDR, Mindfulness, Art and Bibliotherapy techniques.
Sarah offers various Group Counseling opportunities ranging from Women’s Self-love, Mindfulness, and Interpersonal Relationships to Career & Study Skills, Coping Skills, and College Prep for students. Contact Sarah directly to find out what groups she is currently offering.

Chad, is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Counseling. He has pastoral counseling and education experience.
He has worked with individuals, students, families and the community for a long time. As a Coach, he encourages and supports clients, while being more directive and focusing on the future. He has been working on social interactions, stress management, relational interactions, communication skills and confidence building with clients.
He is also a a trainer and facilitator for the Prepare Enrich, which equips and prepares couples, marriages and families to foster healthier relationships (https://www.prepare-enrich.com).

Ashley McGilvery
MA, LPC
Ashley McGilvery graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Art in Mental Health Counseling. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2010 and has over 17 years experience working with children both professionally and personally.
She has spent the last several years raising her three children and has gained a wealth of first hand knowledge regarding the many stressors and issues both parents and children face on a daily basis. She has experience working through anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and other life transitions both big and small. Prior to starting her family, Ashley worked in a school setting and has extensive experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder and sensory processing issues.
Ashley is a firm believer that no one knows you better than you know yourself and likes to view the counseling relationship as a partnership through which knowledge and skills combine resulting in creative and positive solutions to the problem areas in her clients' lives. She believes a good therapeutic relationship requires trust, authenticity, and a genuine care and concern for her clients' well being. Her goal as your counselor will be to assist you on your journey through life helping you navigate trouble areas as they arise.

Morgan Lussier
CT, Counselor Trainee
Morgan, is a master’s level Counselor (CT), currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling from Sacred Heart University. She also has a Master’s in Forensic Psychology.
Morgan is well-versed in Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She utilizes these therapies and techniques to assist in identifying and implementing coping skills to fit each individual’s needs. She has experience working with a variety of populations and believes that everyone is worthy of unconditional acceptance. Morgan is very passionate about the field and excited to begin her journey.
When not working or in school, Morgan enjoys reading, watching true-crime documentaries and spending time with family.
Currently, Morgan works part-time at RCC & has limited hours.

Beth Incorvaia
MSW
Beth earned my Master’s degree from Campbellsville University and offers over a decade of experience to her practice. With 9 years of service in the Army, she has firsthand insight into the challenges of high-stress careers. Her military background, combined with personal life experiences, has given her an unique perspective in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, codependency, low self esteem, HIV, PTSD, demanding professions, divorce, and life’s unpredictable transitions. She provides individual, couples family therapy.
